Status Studio privacy policy.
Status Studio works with media you select to create story and status designs. Local projects stay on the device unless you use a feature that clearly offers account, sync or remote content.
2. Data on your device
Imported photos/videos, drafts, cached templates, export history and settings may be stored locally. Finished exports are saved where you choose and can remain after app data is cleared.
3. Network requests
The app may download templates, fonts or other creative resources. If account or brand-kit sync is available and enabled, the related profile and selected project settings are sent to the service that provides the feature.
4. Accounts and sync
If you create an account, we may process an email or provider identifier, profile details and synchronised brand-kit data. Delete the account through the in-app account area where available or use the deletion route below.
5. Providers
Depending on the release and consent, the app may use Firebase for authentication, analytics, crash reporting, messaging, configuration or storage; Google Mobile Ads for ads; and Google Play for distribution and purchases.
6. Permissions
Photo, video, audio, camera or microphone access is requested only for the creative action you choose, such as importing media, capturing content or adding sound. Notifications are optional.
7. Advertising and consent
Where ads are enabled, the ad provider may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, interactions and consent choices under its own policy. Personalised advertising is used only where allowed and consented to. Device and regional controls may limit personalisation.
8. Purchases and stores
Apple, Google or Microsoft processes store accounts, payments, receipts and refund requests. We may receive a transaction identifier, product and entitlement status, but we do not receive your full payment-card number from the app store.
9. Retention and security
Local data remains until you delete it, clear app data or uninstall, subject to exported files. Cloud, support and technical records are kept only as long as needed for the feature, security, disputes, accounting or law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no service is completely secure.
10. Rights and children
Privacy rights vary by location and can include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. The app is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children outside the age and consent rules that apply in their country.
11. Delete data or ask a question
Use the app’s settings where available, follow the Status Studio deletion guide, or email info@creedmotions.store. Include the app and account identifier involved, but never send a password or payment-card information.
12. Changes
We update this policy when app behaviour, providers or legal duties change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Store privacy disclosures may use standard categories and should be read with this fuller explanation.
