1. Provider and acceptance
Upload HD Status is provided by CreedStack Motions Limited. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms and the rules of the store from which you obtained it. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The plain-language rules for using Upload HD Status. These terms sit alongside the general CreedStack Motions terms and mandatory consumer rights.
2. Licence
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. The software, brand and original product assets remain ours or our licensors’.
3. Responsible use
Do not interfere with security or infrastructure, distribute malware, impersonate another person, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, bypass lawful access controls, or use the app for unlawful activity.
4. Your content
You retain rights you already hold in content you import, create or save. You are responsible for having permission or another lawful right to process, download, edit, publish or share it. A public link does not automatically grant permission.
5. Third-party services
The app may depend on operating systems, app stores, websites, ad networks, payment services or other providers we do not control. Their availability, rules and technical behaviour can change, and a feature may stop working as a result.
6. Purchases and ads
Any price, trial, renewal and cancellation information shown by the store at purchase governs that transaction. The store processes payments and refunds. A free version may show advertising or offer rewarded ads where disclosed.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, restrict or discontinue a feature or the app for security, legal, technical or commercial reasons. We do not guarantee permanent compatibility with every device, website, media source or third-party service.
8. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, consumer remedy or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Suspension
We may suspend access to cloud or account features where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or secure the service. You may stop using the app and delete it at any time.
10. Law and disputes
Applicable law governs these terms. Mandatory consumer protections and forums available in your country remain unaffected. Contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
11. Privacy, changes and contact
The Upload HD Status privacy policy explains data handling. We may update these terms for product, provider or legal changes, with the effective date identifying the current version. Contact: info@creedmotions.store.
