1. Scope and controller
This policy covers Status Downloader on Android. The controller is CreedStack Motions Limited. Email: info@creedmotions.store. It should be read with the company privacy policy.

Status Downloader reads supported status media already available to the app on your Android device and saves only the items you choose.
2. Data on your device
Preview information, saved-item history and settings may be stored locally. Saved photos and videos are written to device storage and must be deleted from the app or gallery/file manager.
3. Network requests
Network access may be used for ads, analytics, crash diagnostics and remote configuration. The core review/save workflow is based on media available on your device.
4. Accounts and sync
The current core product does not require a CreedStack account. Support messages you send are handled under the company privacy policy.
5. Providers
Depending on consent and release, the app may use Firebase for analytics, crash reporting or configuration, Google Mobile Ads for advertising, and Google Play for distribution or purchases.
6. Permissions
Media/storage permission is used to locate supported status media and save selected items. Notifications are optional where the app offers them.
7. Advertising and consent
Where ads are enabled, the ad provider may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, interactions and consent choices under its own policy. Personalised advertising is used only where allowed and consented to. Device and regional controls may limit personalisation.
8. Purchases and stores
Apple, Google or Microsoft processes store accounts, payments, receipts and refund requests. We may receive a transaction identifier, product and entitlement status, but we do not receive your full payment-card number from the app store.
9. Retention and security
Local data remains until you delete it, clear app data or uninstall, subject to exported files. Cloud, support and technical records are kept only as long as needed for the feature, security, disputes, accounting or law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no service is completely secure.
10. Rights and children
Privacy rights vary by location and can include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. The app is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children outside the age and consent rules that apply in their country.
11. Delete data or ask a question
Use the app’s settings where available, follow the Status Downloader deletion guide, or email info@creedmotions.store. Include the app and account identifier involved, but never send a password or payment-card information.
12. Changes
We update this policy when app behaviour, providers or legal duties change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Store privacy disclosures may use standard categories and should be read with this fuller explanation.
