Status Downloader helps you save WhatsApp statuses to your device gallery. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes beyond standard AdMob ads.
1. Information We Collect
Status Downloader collects minimal data to function:
- Media files you choose to save — saved locally on your device. We have no access to these files.
- Device information — anonymous device and OS version data collected by Google AdMob for ad serving.
- Ad identifiers — Google Advertising ID used by AdMob. You can reset or opt out in your device settings.
We do not collect your phone number, WhatsApp messages, contacts, or any WhatsApp account data.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information collected to:
- Provide and improve the app's core functionality
- Display relevant advertisements through Google AdMob (if applicable)
- Analyse app performance and fix bugs using crash reporting
- Respond to your support requests when you contact us
3. Third-Party Services
The app uses the following third-party services that may collect data per their own privacy policies:

- Google Play Services — provides core Android functionality and app distribution.

All data generated by the app (such as saved media files or game progress) is stored locally on your device. We do not upload your personal data to our servers. We apply commercially reasonable security practices to protect any data we handle.
