1. Use of the App

Status Downloader is provided by Creed Motions for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You must not:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app to distribute malware or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

When using Status Downloader, you must obtain permission from content owners before re-sharing or republishing downloaded media. Unauthorised redistribution of copyrighted content is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, graphics, code, and content, is owned by Creed Motions and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

3. Advertisements

The app is free to use and is supported by advertisements served via Google AdMob. By using the app you agree to the display of ads. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device's Google account settings.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Creed Motions does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creed Motions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, device damage, or third-party claims.

6. Third-Party Services

The app integrates third-party services (such as Google AdMob and Google Play Services). Use of these services is governed by their respective terms. Creed Motions is not responsible for third-party service availability or terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the date above. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uganda, without prejudice to any consumer protection rights you may have in your local jurisdiction.
