By using creedmotions.store or a CreedStack Motions product, you agree to these terms and the product-specific terms that apply. The provider is CreedStack Motions Limited.

Clear terms for using our work.
These terms cover the studio website and general relationship with CreedStack Motions. Product-specific terms apply when you use an app.
2. Licence
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use our website and apps as supplied, subject to the applicable store rules and these terms. We do not transfer ownership of the software or brand assets.
3. Responsible use
Do not interfere with security, misuse infrastructure, distribute malware, reverse engineer where prohibited, impersonate others, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use the products for unlawful activity.
4. Media and downloads
Only download, copy, edit or share content you own or have permission or another lawful right to use. Laws and platform rules vary. A public link does not automatically grant permission, and you are responsible for the content you choose to process.
5. Third-party services
Apps may interact with operating systems, app stores, websites, ad networks, payment providers or other services we do not control. Their availability, terms and technical behaviour may change, and a supported workflow can stop working.
6. Purchases
Apple, Google or another stated provider processes store purchases and refunds under its own rules. Prices, trials and renewal information shown at purchase govern that transaction. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Availability
We may update, suspend or discontinue a feature or product for security, legal, technical or commercial reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every source or permanent availability of a third-party integration.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, products are supplied “as is” without implied guarantees beyond mandatory consumer protections. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory rights and forums available to consumers in their home country remain unaffected.
10. Changes
We may revise these terms to reflect product, legal or provider changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the relevant product or store listing.
